Billing
Billing questions.
Who processes the payment?
Polar is Relium's merchant of record. Checkout, payment methods, invoices, tax handling and cancellation all happen on Polar's hosted pages. Relium never sees or stores your card details.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from Settings inside the product. Upgrades take effect once Polar confirms the payment, usually within a few seconds. Downgrades and cancellations are managed in Polar's customer portal, which you reach from the same screen.
What happens at the end of a cancelled subscription?
You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the workspace returns to Free. Repositories beyond the free limit stop being reviewed and warehouse evidence stops being accepted; nothing is deleted at that moment.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
The Free plan is the trial, and it does not expire. It runs the same analysis and produces the same decisions on one repository — what it does not include is warehouse evidence, extended history and merge blocking.
Do you offer annual billing or enterprise terms?
Not through self-serve today. Both paid plans are billed monthly through Polar.
